The young golfing sensation from Rajasthan, Jaipur-based Ojaswini Saraswat has once again proven her mettle by securing the runner-up position at the prestigious UskidsGolf European Championship. The three-day event was held at the Royal Musselburgh Golf Club in Scotland.
The tournament presented a formidable challenge, with harsh rainy conditions and heavy winds adding to the complexity of the course. For the first two days, Ojaswini struggled with the demanding layout, but her determination and unwavering spirit propelled her to a remarkable recovery on the third day.
Despite the inclement weather, which even led to a temporary suspension of play on the second day due to severe conditions, Ojaswini showcased her exceptional talent and mental fortitude. On the final day, she played an outstanding 6 under par.
On the occasion, Ojaswini said that she is delighted with her award-winning performance. Only recently, she had clinched the title (C Category) at the National Tournament held at the Tollygunge Golf Club in Kolkata.
It is to be noted that Ojaswini practises regularly at the Rambagh Golf Club in Jaipur.
