Jaipur, 29 June. During the meeting of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) – Indian Women Network (IWN) – Rajasthan Chapter, Ms. Nivedita R. Sarda has been announced as the President and Ms. Shraddha Agarwal as the Vice President of the CII – Indian Women Network (IWN) of the Rajasthan Chapter for the year 2024-25.
Ms Nivedita R. Sarda is a Gold Medallist Chartered Accountant, Certified Treasury Manager and Corporate Lawyer, she has an experience of over 20 years gained from prestigious law firms in India and financial institutions. She is the founder Partner of Vedanta law chambers. She acts as legal mentor, advisor, solicitor, project sponsors & coordinator to various government and private entities on business structuring & restructuring, takeovers, insolvency & bankruptcy, benami, joint ventures, business establishments, amalgamations, international trade finance, corporate finance and securities. She is also involved in advising and working for different companies incorporated in US, Singapore, Germany, Saudi Arabia etc on certain aspects of its International structured investments, setups trade and regulatory compliance.
Ms Shraddha Agarwal is a CA and the CEO of Swasthya Kalyan Group. She became chartered account at the age of 21 in 2011 and then went on to work in HayGroup (Korn Ferry) as a consultant. There she looked after executive awards, organisation restructuring, variable pay design and leadership & development. After 4 years working in consulting, in 2015, she pursued her passion for training individuals, and went back to studying and becoming a certified image consultant and soft skills trainer from ICBI, India.
She founded her training and development consulting company Personage House in 2016. where she catered to training corporates and CXO’s to create impact in their roles professionally and personally. In 2017 she shifted to Jaipur and apart from handling Personage House, took on additional role of handling the operations of education wing of Swasthya Kalyan Group where she at present is the CEO.
