The 555th Prakash Purab of the founder of Sikhism, Dhan Guru Nanak Dev Ji, will be celebrated with great joy in all the Gurudwaras on Friday, 15 November. The booklet dedicated to Prakash Purab – ‘Jagat Guru – Guru Nanak Dev Ji’ was released by the Deputy Chief Minister, Diya Kumari at the City Palace today, on the eve of Prakash Purab. This booklet has been published by ‘Sukhmani Seva Society Bani Park’. Pinky Singh, Surya Uday Singh, Chetan Nagpal, Pushpinder Kaur, Sarvjit Kaur, Harvinder Singh and Jagdeep Singh of the Society were present on the occasion.
The objective of this booklet, compiled by Pinky Singh of the society, is to make children aware about the events related to the life of Guru Nanak Dev Ji. On this occasion, Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari congratulated the members of the society and appreciated their efforts.
