Jaipur, 22 April. Dr Jayshree Periwal has been conferred upon the prestigious GSLC- Edulegend Award for the year 2023-24, for her exemplary contribution to the field of education by the Global School Leaders’ Consortium at Hotel Leela Ambience in Gurgaon. She has been felicitated by Ambassador, Dr Deepak Vohra, Made in Bharat Special Advisor in Bharat & Africa, Special Advisor to Prime Minister Mr Narendra Modi and Mr Pankaj Sharma, Founder & CEO of Global School Leaders’ Consortium.
On this occasion, Dr Jayshree said, “I feel immensely honoured to receive this award. Through education, we can play an important role in the progress and development of ourselves as well as the country. As an educationist, it has been our endeavour that our students should get knowledge of the outside world along with formal education. We have to make them so capable in life that whatever field they step into, they can move ahead with confidence and achieve success. I am always ready to provide support and guidance to my students to achieve their goals.”
It is to be noted that Dr Jayshree is the Chairperson of Jayshree Periwal International School (JPIS), Jaipur. Additionally, she is also the Founder, Director and Principal of ten schools in Jaipur city. Dr Periwal has made a commendable contribution to improving the education system of the entire State and taking it to a new level.
