Nayapun 4.0 – Where Humor Meets Art

Retd. IAS Shri S.S. Bissa Inaugurates Quirky Art Exhibition at JKK

The Sukriti Art Gallery at Jawahar Kala Kendra came alive with laughter, color, and creativity as Nayapun 4.0, a unique exhibition celebrating the fusion of humor and visual art, opened its doors to the public today. The exhibition was inaugurated by Retd. IAS officer Shri S.S. Bissa, who lauded the refreshing concept of blending wit with art and appreciated the efforts of young designers in bringing smiles through creativity.

Organized by the JECRC School of Design and conceptualized by PencilBox Design, Nayapun 4.0 promises a visual treat for Jaipurites from April 4 to April 6, 2025. Building on the overwhelming success of its previous editions, this year’s show is bigger, bolder, and packed with punny surprises.

The gallery features 20 brand-new pun-based installations, each crafted with ingenuity and humor, alongside a TFT screen showcasing 80 crowd-favorite puns from past editions. The interactive nature of the exhibition sets it apart, inviting visitors to create and share their own puns, encouraging a participatory and joyous experience.

Adding a special charm to the event, every visitor receives a quirky, pun-based souvenir, making their visit even more memorable. The young design students behind the installations have once again demonstrated how humor can serve as a powerful form of artistic expression.

This edition also features an exciting collaboration with stand-up comedian and content creator Anmol Garg, known for his signature “business-meets-humor” style. Garg is spearheading the online campaign, bringing Nayapun’s cheerful message to a broader digital audience.

Speaking at the inauguration, Shri Bissa said, “Humor has the unique ability to connect hearts, and when combined with art, it becomes even more powerful. Nayapun is a brilliant initiative that showcases the creativity and innovative spirit of today’s youth.”

Nayapun 4.0 continues to attract art lovers, humor enthusiasts, and curious minds .
