Third list of the 12th Rajasthan International Film Festival – RIFF 2026 Announced

* A total of 27 films have been selected in the Second list of Official Selection of RIFF 2026

National | 5th January 2026: With the support of the Rajasthan Tourism Department and the Department of Art, Literature & Culture, Government of Rajasthan, and in association with Stage OTT Platform, the 12th edition of the Rajasthan International Film Festival (RIFF) will be held from 31 January to 4 February 2026 at Miraj Cinema, Bluecity Mall, Circuit House Road, Jodhpur. The Grand Closing Ceremony and RIFF Award Night 2026 will take place on 4 February 2026 at Jaipol, Mehrangarh Fort and Chokelao Mahal Terrace, Jodhpur, with the support of the Mehrangarh Museum Trust, Rajasthan.

 

The theme of RIFF 2026 is “Cinemasthan – Your Lens, Our Rajasthan.” This edition will also mark over a decade of RIFF’s successful journey in promoting cinema in Rajasthan.

The Third list for the 12th Rajasthan International Film Festival 2026 was released today, in which 27 films have been officially selected in the RIFF competition section, including 5 feature films and 22 non-feature films and now Total 67 Films are Officially Selected in the Competition Category of RIFF 2026.
 
The Third List of the Feature film category includes Malyalam Feature Film Vere Oru Case” directed by Shebi Chowghat, produced by Fuwad Panangai. Rajasthani Feature Film “Maharo Shyam” directed by Manzoor Ali Qureshi, produced by N. K. Mittal and Vijayalakshmi. Rajasthani Feature Film “Chakka Jaam” directed by Gajendra Shortriya, produced by Stage Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Bhojpuri Feature Film “Jholachhap” directed by Alok Singh, produced by Mukesh Kumar Giri “Rinku” and Feature Marathi Hindi Documentary Film“Oslo – A Tail of Promise” directed by Isha Pungaliya, produced by John Abraham, Amey Gosavi, and Minnakshi Das.
The Third List of the Non Feature film category includes English Short Film “City Diaries” directed by Bharat Alsisar, produced by Divya Rathore. Hindi Documentary Film “Every Day Is Men’s Day” directed by Rohit Puri, produced by Arvind Joshi. Rajasthani Music Video Album “Mahri Laaj Rakho Girdhari Ji” directed by and produced by Ajay Purohit. Hindi Ad Film “Hygienuva Perfumes” directed by Himanshu Kiran Sharma, produced by Arvind Joshi. Silent Short Film “Made In” directed by Rajesh Puthanpurayil, produced by Rajesh Puthanpurayil. Hindi Short Film “Kheer” directed and produced by Manoj Panwar. Hindi Short Film “Ae Zindagi” directed by Rahul Kanhwat, produced by Anmol Agarwal. Rajasthani Music Video Album “Bole To Mitho Laage” directed by Gajendra Shortriya, produced by Stage Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Hindi Student Documentary Film “Tuktuk Wali” directed and produced by Muskan Saraf. and Rajasthani Music Video Album “Baisa Ra Nain” directed by Rishi Singh Sisodiya, produced by T-Series and Gajendra Singh Sisodiya.
Mr. Somendra Harsh, Managing Trustee of the RIFF Film Club and Founder, CEO, and Festival Director of RIFF, shared, “This year for the 12th Edition of the RIFF 2026, Supported by Rajasthan Tourism, we have associated with Miraj Cinemas as its Venue and Multiplex Partner. The Opening Ceremony of the 12th Rajasthan International Film Festival 2026 will take place on 31st Jan 2026  at Miraj Cinemas, Bluecity Mall, Circuit House Road, Jodhpur,  Thereafter Film screenings, Open Forums, Talk Shows , Workshop , Exhibition , Viewing Room Black Box in RIFF Film Market and much more will be held from 31 Jan. to 4 Feb 2026 at Miraj Cinemas, Bluecity Mall, Circuit House Road, Jodhpur  and The grand event of RIFF Closing Ceremony and The RIFF Award Night 2026 will be held on 4 February 2026, at the Jaipol, Mehrangarh Fort & Chokelao Mahal Terrace ,Jodhpur Supported by Mehrangarh Museum Trust, Jodhpur.”
