Jaipur, 12 August: The Faculty of Design at Manipal University Jaipur organised ‘Darpan 2024’, the design exhibition at Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jaipur recently. Prof. (Dr.) Madhura Yadav, Dean Faculty of Design, briefed about Darpan 2024. The two-day event showcased outstanding creative works of students from the School of Architecture and Design, and School of Design and Arts.
The event was inaugurated by the Chief Guest, Ar. Tushar Sogani, Principal Architect at TDSPL and Chairman of the Indian Institute of Architects, Rajasthan Chapter. Dr. Jawahar Mal Jangir, Pro President of Manipal University Jaipur, was the Guest of Honor.
‘Darpan 2024’ offers a platform for students from Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Fashion Design, and UX&ID to display their innovative projects. The exhibition aims to highlight the creative potential of young designers and architects, while fostering engagement between academia and the broader design community. Through this event, Manipal University Jaipur reinforces its commitment to nurturing talent and contributing to the cultural and creative landscape of Rajasthan. Prof. Dr. N. N Sharma, President, Manipal University Jaipur appreciated students’ efforts & Dr. Nitu Bhatnagar, Registrar, Manipal University Jaipur encouraged the entire Faculty of Design for more such future endeavours.
