Jaipur, Dr. Lavesh Pandey, a distinguished dentist and orthodontist based in Ambabari, Jaipur, has been conferred with the prestigious National Arogya Ratna Impact Award 2025. The award was presented by the Indian Dental Association (IDA) and Group Pharmaceuticals under the initiative Abhaya Nari, in recognition of her significant contribution towards promoting women’s oral health in India.
The award ceremony was held at the Jio Convention Centre, Mumbai, on July 19, 2025. Dr. Pandey was honoured for conducting the highest number of talks and webinars focused on raising oral health awareness among women and the larger community. Dr. Lavesh Pandey is a well-known orthodontist in Jaipur and is actively involved in oral health education. She regularly conducts awareness programs across schools, colleges, NGOs, and various social platforms, aiming to spread knowledge about dental hygiene and preventive care.
The grand event witnessed the presence of IDA President and office bearers, representatives from the World Health Organization (WHO), and dental health leaders from over 20 countries, making it a moment of pride not just for Jaipur but for the entire dental community of India. Dr. Pandey’s dedication and relentless efforts in the field of public health have made her a role model, especially in empowering women through better health education.
