Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Diya Kumari, today inaugurated the much-awaited Jaipur debut of Vichitra Sarees, a legacy label revered for its refined florals and timeless silhouettes. The exclusive two-day exhibition is being held at the House of Hidden Treasures, Narain Niwas Palace Courtyard, on August 1st and 2nd. In a heartfelt tribute to its loyal patrons, Vichitra has unveiled a special capsule collection curated especially for Jaipur. Each saree is hand-printed on pure fabrics crafted to feel uniquely personal.
Founded in 1963 by Shri Uttam Harkishan, the brand has now been revived and reintroduced in a modern avatar by his daughter-in-law Amrisha Uttam and grand child Sahil Uttam. Notably, Vichitra’s finely crafted sarees have long been the preferred choice of royal families across Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Nepal
