Presentation on ‘Trends and Prevention of Cyber Crime’ held at Ashok Club

Jaipur, If a person becomes a victim of cyber crime, the first 60 minutes afterwards, which is referred as the ‘Golden Hour’ — is extremely critical. Filing a complaint promptly during this time can help freeze the defrauded amount. In addition, digital evidence can be secured, further transfer of funds can be stopped by banks, and authorities can reach the perpetrators more quickly, thereby strengthening the investigation. This information was shared by Cyber Crime DIG, IPS, Shantanu K. Singh of Rajasthan Police while addressing a session on ‘Trends and Prevention of Cyber Crime’. The programme was organised on Sunday at Ashok Club under Prabha Khaitan Foundation’s ‘Sahyog’ initiative.
